Yes! Our apparel is designed with both training and competition in mind. We recommend checking the requirements of your specific organisation or federation, however many of our products are suitable for competition use across MMA, BJJ and other combat sports.

Each product includes a sizing note to help you find the right fit. Most items are unisex but follow men's sizing unless mentioned otherwise. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or choosing your usual size for a performance fit.
